A New Event Sanctuary in Hollywood: In the midst of the Hollywood action between Wanderlust on De Longpre and bustling Fountain Ave, Casita Hollywood is a brand new, multi-faceted, event-hosting haven. A place to celebrate couples tying the knot, hold a photoshoot, celebrate a coming of age, have a festive holiday party, and so much more, there is space for you at Casita Hollywood.

Clean and vibrant, simple and versatile, a quintessential indoor-outdoor sanctuary all your own, our Casita is your Casita for your next celebration. Chalk full of amenities all in one fresh, dynamic package, Casita Hollywood is the perfect space for a bounty of events.

CAPACITY: Up to 250 guests for a seated indoor ceremony or seated dinner reception with a dancefloor. Up to 350 guests for a seated dinner reception without a dancefloor. Up to 550 guests for an informally seated cocktail style event
Outdoor property can accommodate ceremony and receptions on site.


EVENT TIME: During the weekday, event times cannot exceed past 12 am. On the weekend, events can go as late as 2:00 am.

PARKING: Casita Hollywood is located in a residential heavy neighborhood with limited street parking. Clients must contract with our exclusive valet vendor to provide service to their guests.

EVENT PRODUCTION SERVICE: We will gladly accommodate your event design and production requests. We customize all of our services to meet your unique needs and fees vary by service requested. CATERING & BAR
A kitchen equipment rental package is required for $250. New catering/bartending vendors are subject to an approval process. Fryer use *optional* $200 per fryer. (oil must be properly emptied and disposed of after event)

SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSITS
A $3,000 security deposit is due 30 business days prior to the event. It is fully refundable within two weeks following the event provided there are no damages to the property.

PAYMENT TERMS & RESERVATIONS
An initial non-refundable confirmation deposit of 25% is needed to hold the venue for specified date of event and is payable at the time of contract submission. Holidays require a 50% non-refundable payment in advance in order to reserve. The remaining balance (along with the security/damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to the event date.
**All payments can be paid via cash, certified check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

SECURITY & RESTROOM ATTENDANTS
Security and Restroom Attendants can be added for your convenience, rates vary.

OTHER
All other services such as catering, bartending, and rentals must be contracted through insured external vendors. Our site managers can provide all potential clients with recommendations. Catering must be approved by an on-site manager, pending formal walkthrough.

Indoor Main Space
Clean and Vibrant indoor space with a Mid-Century and Modern Twist. The beautiful bar is the centerpiece of the venue with a antique mirrored backdrop. Brass finishes throughout the venue as well! Clean white walls are the perfect accent to make our venue as versatile as possible! Our brass bistro globe chandeliers give elegance to the space with a modern touch.
Outdoor Patio
An outdoor patio with beautiful fireplace, to celebrate Hollywood’s perpetual summer under twinkling lights, shielded from the city bustle with lush and manicured foliage. Nano doors that create a perfect indoor- outdoor space.
Outdoor Courtyard
Our outdoor courtyard is the perfect backdrop for an intimate ceremony, garden themed cocktail party, or outdoor dinner under the Los Angeles stars! Our gorgeous water fountain with lush landscaping and greenery is the focal point of the space. The magical cafe lights connect the outdoor courtyard to the outdoor patio to create another beautiful space.
