Casa Wynwood is a manufacturered sponsored luxury lifestyle event venue decorated with the latest home fashions and decked with viable tecnology and cooking gear. On a daily basis the venue is occupied by members that include: celebrities, artists, investors, and entreprenuers.

Additional charges

Security - Casa Wynwood security team will be present at all times. Fees are determined based on event type. 
Valet- $750 for first 2 hours. $250 each additional hour. 
Event Insurance - Full coverage event insurance with a $1,000,000 policy with Casa Wynwood listed on the policy is required. 
Gallery - There is an additional fee for gallery usage or Casa Wynwood curator can be present to present artwork in the gallery. 
Catering - Available upon request. Caterer must provide valid business license and make all arrangements directly through Casa Wynwood. A 10% upcharge for off-site caterers will be billed to handle catering companies. 
Cleaning Fee - there is a cleaning fee of $500 for the interior and $500 for the garden plus a $1,000 deposit for each area booked.

Casa Wynwood is equipped with a full state of the art indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen sponsored by Tecnogas, Snaidero, Unline, Kohler, Cosentino, Liebherr, TileBar, Kalamazoo, and several other major luxury brands. There is a bedroom fit for a queen for overnight guests or for brides {or grooms} to dress for their big day designed by Beverly Hills designer to the stars, Erinn V. and hand-painted by Mateus Bailon.

Design:

Casa Wynwood is sponsored by ELLE DÉCOR magazine and covers 7,800 square feet, and every inch of the place exudes collaboration and creativity. It’s divided into a 2,500 square foot interior lifestyle space, a 2,700 square foot Secret Garden, a 1,600 square foot gallery, and a 500 square foot live art demonstration area where members can watch art come to life.

At the heart of Casa Wynwood is motivation, inspiration and constant evolution. Each quarter, the Casa’s interior is visually recreated by a high profile designer, and twice per year the exterior is reimagined by a leading landscape architect. On a monthly basis, the Casa’s gallery changes to showcase new art based on a theme.
