If envisioning a beach ceremony in an exotic destination that is easy for your guests to get to and will not over reach budgets, this villa in Puerto Vallarta is a popular choice for intimate gatherings.

One of the few villas in Puerto Vallarta that allows small events and has a sandy beach below the pool for a ceremony. This property is also an excellent venue for a Milestone Trip, Business Rewards, Couples Getaway or Family Reunion for groups with 20 persons or less.

***Please note the area around the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. For a wedding with a sit-down dinner, going over 30 persons is a very tight fit. Our villas in Puerto Vallarta have strict policies regarding day visitors. It is natural that wedding couples want to see their family and friends who traveled far to be with them on their special day. Unfortunately, this is problematic at a private residence like a villa. Any meet-n-greets, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding pool party/brunch would be considered additional events. Friends stopping by to say hello requires clearance in advance.

Wedding couples should take into account adverse weather conditions in the tropics late Jun to early Nov. The climate in Puerto Vallarta is extremely hot and humid during these months with daily rains and the potential of sporadic tropical storms and hurricanes Aug-Oct. The reliable Event Planners in this destination will not schedule weddings during those months.

Event Planner Required - We can refer you to local Event Planners that we have worked with in the past who have a proven track record of professionalism, cost efficiency and talent for design. Guest may interview the list of referrals to find the best fit for your budget and vision.

Cook – 2 meals per day, usually breakfast and dinner. Talk to us about exchanging dinner service for lunch service if planning to dine out at night.
Houseman – villa includes 2 bilingual housemen who act as your main contact while at the villa. They will also assist with sit-down meal service

The beach garden can also be set up for a ceremony. Cocktail hour can be held down on the beach as well.

Your guests will be able to walk along the beach path to Old Town Vallarta when wanting to explore, approx 20 minute hike.
For overflow guests, there are several outstanding villas within walking distance.

When hosting a wedding at Casa Septiembre you are also booking a vacation rental. This includes a built-in support network of experienced professionals: travel planner, villa manager, wait staff, maids and cooks.

Your event planner will hire a catering company to prepare the wedding menu but for the remainder of your trip you will be treated to professional staff and chef service in your private resort home.
