The Scene:

If you are looking for an outstanding location in Sitges or near Barcelona, Casa Nova will fulfill all your requirements. This amazing 400 m2 villa is luxuriously furnished, combining the charm of an ancient masia (Catalan country manor) with a fresh contemporary style.

The property is set within 600 acres of private grounds in The Garraf Natural Park and can accommodate up to 41 overnight guests. It’s perfect for family and corporate events! Please inquire for more information.

In 2019 the grounds and garden rooms at Casa Nova Estate were completely refinished. We planted over 100 palm trees, and added landscaping features that allow for events with hundreds of attendees.

Design:

The garden rooms have been completely rebuilt, each with its own ensuite bathroom. We also added in-floor heating and brand new appliances in the kitchen.

In 2021, the master bedroom was updated with a restored terrace and new furnishings and fixtures, including a beautiful chandelier.
