Fee inclusion:

Daily room cleaning; Physical Security at night: Full size generator & gas; For the one night event: Property from 8 am to 11pm. (plus one night prior or post event); Extra staff for cleaning (Bathroom and property); Presence of manager and maintenance for property support for event day.; Access to our concierge team; Woodfire, copal (And overhead string lights for Hacienda Babylon).

Hacienda Babylon is a JUNGLE property. You will drive on DIRT roads to get there. It is nestled half way between town and the beach (About a 10 minute drive to the beach)

It has been built in the true spirit of Tulum. Luxury by design, natural materials, large green spaces. Find balance and harmony so you can share, create and enjoy.

Work out, play, eat healthy, relax your mind, have a glass of wine around the firepit... all the options are there for you to enjoy.

Each room has individual access, private plunge pool, AC, in room safe, private bathrooms, and a private outdoor terrasse.
Guest access
We have ample private parking inside and in front of our property. We can help you organise shuttles or you could rent cars and have them onsite.

The property is exclusively rented to one group only. In house Guests have access to all listed amenities.

The open fireplace can be used daily to gather, relax and enjoy a quiet relaxing evening after your sunny days.

Our sound system allows you to put on your favorite music via Bluetooth while chilling around the pool or in the common areas.

Note : A Temazcal is a traditional mexican sauna, prepared with stones heated on wood fire. One temazcal set up is included in each rental. Additional temazcal can be organised, we ask for a 24h notice and a 50 usd set up fee (absolutely all guest can participate each time).
