The villa has 260 hectares of woods, fields and hills and a creek. The oldest documented part of the villa is from the. 917d.c

During the 1800’s the villa grew to the current status. This last change is what we have remodelled to bring it up to the current comfort levels. Located at “La Selva”, 300mts above sea-level. The villa is very peaceful (no neighbors) although is only 2km away from Arbúcies, 45 km from Girona and 75 km from Barcelona.

The villa has been restored to include modern facilities. It's a typical catalan masia with gorgeous views of the fields and mountains.
