Camp Cedar Ridge is a 32-acre property that can accommodate events for 30 to 500+ guests. Whether it is a small retreat, company picnic, large youth camp, meeting, event or wedding, we have the expertise, space and amenities to make your event successful. Covered by trees in the gorgeous coastal range of northern Oregon, Camp Cedar Ridge is a year-round facility located about 45 minutes from Portland, in Vernonia, Oregon. Camp Cedar Ridge is a wonderful place to host a workshop, retreat, family reunion, team-building event, or other gathering.

Our Retreat menus are put together with healthy local food. We happily customize meals and are proud to offer vegan and gluten-free options at every meal We offer an amazing 300' slip & slide, heated outdoor swimming pool, creek exploration, basketball courts, playing field, volleyball, gaga ball pit, walking trails, campfire area, and horseshoes on site.

With meadows, forest, and Rock Creek running through, Camp Cedar Ridge can offer wedding parties an experience of a lifetime. From an intimate indoor gathering to a magical outdoor wedding at sunset, we have so many ways to make your day truly memorable. Parking is plentiful and over-night accommodations are also available. Our catering team can offer several menu packages from hors-d’oeuvres to gourmet buffets and everything in between. We are able to offer premium, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Camp Cedar Ridge has many options for a day or even weekend wedding event.We can offer your guests lodging, an outdoor pool, horseshoe pits, yard games, basketball courts, volleyball court, fire pit (fire danger permitting), creek access, hiking trails, and even a 300-foot slip-in-slide. Venue Features

The Scene:: Entering onto Camp Cedar Ridge's property you might reminisce about summer camp days gone by. With our sports fields and barn red camp dining hall, outdoor covered picnic area, sand volleyball courts, and pool you will feel at the center of the action. Just a short walk up the hill you can visit one of our two firepits, our conference center, and two story camp lodge featuring full kitchens and sitting rooms. Not far away however is the quiet and seclusion of a whimsical forest. Just over the bridge you find yourself emersed entirely in the woods, either in a pod of platform tents & cabins or at the wooded amphitheater/ ceremony stage. This magical setting backdropped by tall pines also plays host to a large rustic reception bar. Woodchipped grounds surrounding the barn make this the perfect place to host any outdoor reception. Winding through the property is Rock Creek and you might spot elk, coyote, and other wildlife nearby the water or resting in the massive fields and meadows on this 32+ acre property.

Celebration Locations

Wedding Venue:: Cross front the main camp road over a wooden bridge to the lush green woods of the bridal grove. Here you will find towering pines and fern covered floors. Conference Room:: Camp Cedar Ridge has a 1200 square foot conference room with seating for 100-125. The Conference Room has a projector screen and projector, sound system and wireless internet access available. Coffee service and snacks can be provided by arrangement (See Cedar Ridge Menu). Use of the Conference Room is included for overnight groups holding a retreat at the facility. Covered Picnic Area:: This open-sided rustic red barn with uncovered overflow seating has endless decorating options and sits smack in the center of the action at camp. A stones throw away are the pool and sand volleyball court. Lodge Dining Hall:: All guests who book the entire facility for their group have access to our main lodge dining hall at no additional cost. Our main lodge dining hall can be setup to serve guests cafeteria style with bench seating or banquet style with 8" round linen covered tables.
