A historic 1924 bank designed by celebrated architect A.E. Doyle has been transformed into an idyllic venue, BUTLER BANK.
Originally built as the Butler Bank Company, 301 Oak Street became home to Hood River County Courthouse, City Of Hood River, and most recently, Gallery at 301.

A Cleaning Fee of $200 will apply. Ceremony Fee of $200 includes flip from ceremony to reception. An additional flip from reception to dance floor would carry a $200 fee. Rental of BUTLER BANK requires in-house Venue Manager at a rate of $35/hr for the hours of booking, including load in and load out. This person will handle all venue needs and general troubleshooting. Client may opt to utilize the services of a highly qualified in-house Event Planner with extensive experience in layout, decor, and flow specific to BUTLER BANK. The rate for these detailed services are $85/hr and include planning, consultations, and day-of schedule management and event coordination. A 15-car parking lot on 3rd & State is available to guests on weekends or on weekdays after 6pm. Clients may reserve additional parking lots through the City of Hood River at a rate of $25 - $300 per lot, depending on capacity. If not renting, parking is on-street, limited to 2-3 hours Monday - Saturday between 8am - 6pm, and is competitive. Should guests need directions or a car service at the end of the evening, our Venue Manager will happily assist.

In line with the community-focused mission of the event management company, UNION EVENT CO, a handful of talented Hood River event professionals are being tapped to collaborate on BUTLER BANK’s key interior features and offerings.

The grand architecture and style from the classic columns and touches will be carried into the decor throughout, while modern elements will be added to make the space feel primed for every type of meeting, photoshoot, event, art show and wedding.
