BoxGrove Est. 2015
119 Duramana Rd, Eglinton, New South Wales, Australia
One of the four onsite accommodation options included in the wedding pakcage is 'The Train'. The Train is an old train carriage which was brought onto the property and converted into accommodation keeping all of its original and unique characteristics. We also have one called 'The Yurt' which comes from the Turkic language referring to a structure which is comprised of angled assembly. Both as equally unique and rare as each other they are just two of the many hidden gems at the BoxGrove farm. Seeing is believing.

- The Scene:
- Our brand new purpose built reception centre, "The Barn," is set on a 170acre family farm only 2.5hrs from Sydney in the township of Bathurst. BoxGrove boasts stunning views of rolling hills and green pastures by day and the Bathurst city lights by night. We can host your ceremony on "The Deck" then treat your guests to canapes in the tiered gardens while you visit the "The Grove." Here you can sit on our lovers swing amongst the beautiful gum trees or wander the paddocks and endless rolling pastures.
- Design:
- Our brand new reception building "The Barn" is specifically designed for weddings, a perfect mix of old and new. A timber clad, homestead-style structure set on the side of a hill, with views of sweeping paddocks and the city of Bathurst. A large, two hundred and seventy square metre function room allows a seated capacity of up to 170 people. A recycled brick feature wall, polished concrete floors, 12 metre long illuminated, timber beams and 6 metre high ceilings provide the perfect ambience. Annexed by modern restroom facilities and a full commercial kitchen, we've found the perfect mix of aesthetics and functionality.
Flowing through the stacking doors from the main auditorium is an attached deck, to the southern and western ends. Fully enclosable, this room allows for cool summer breezes to flow through the building, but can just as easily be shut down to provide an extra cozy, winter-proof space. Having plenty of glass allows this area to provide stunning views of the city skyline and rural pastures, whether it's opened or closed.
