Bib 'n’ Brace Collective does not have a commercial kitchen or the capacity to provide catering equipment, therefore it is the hirer responsibility to engage external caters/suppliers for the needs of the event and brief external caterer/suppliers on the limitations of the venue with a site visit and meeting with Bib’n’Brace Collective’s venue hire coordinator prior to booking.

We are a BYO venue as we do not have a liquor licence, therefore the sale of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol may be provided by the event hirer at no cost to the event guests.

Smoking is strictly not permitted within the space.

Bib ’n’ Brace is ideal for cocktail parties, formal dinners, product launches, fashion parades, exhibitions, photo shoots, pop-up market stalls, charity fundraisers, basically anything you can conjure up. Our open workshop is perfect for small gatherings, presentations and workshops. While the main open area(Ample wall space with gallery lighting for exhibitions or used to projected presentations to. Larger events can combine the to create a more dramatic sense of occasion mixing both creating a multi functional occurrence. The workshop has a authentic feel, but clean using upcycled furniture included with the venue hire. We never have two functions at once so every booking has exclusive use. We believe it’s the perfect place for an event as unique and memorable as the pieces our resident artisans strive to create.
