Perched above Lake Catamount and the Yampa Valley is 7 acres of landscaped gardens and lawns, a sparkling pool, and breathtaking views that lend to the fairy-tale ambiance Bella Vista is known for. Perched above the majestic Yampa River Valley with the Flat Top Mountains in the distance, our 7-acre property offers the most amazing Rocky Mountain view imaginable. Our unique corner of Northwest Colorado offers the quintessential Rocky Mountain escape to rejuvenate, relax, and reconnect. We’ve made it our mission to offer every group who visits the Bella Vista a home base of peace and privacy with service and attention to detail that are second to none. We are changing the status quo in hospitality, one group at time, so that our guests leave our property with clear minds, grounded hearts, and deeper connections with those who shared in the Bella Vista experience.

Estimated Price Per Head: from $80 to $250
Additional Charges: Bella Vista Estate special event fee ranges from $11,000-$15,000 for a peak-season wedding (Memorial Day weekend- September 30th) and $5,000 for an off-season wedding (October, December, and May). The capacity for peak season is 200 and off season is 50 max.

Separate from the special event fee is lodging. We are a private Estate with lodging for 28 guests. Peak season lodging is $18,000, off season lodging (October,December and May) is $11,500. This includes up to a 4 night stay for 28 guests amongst 3 different homes including 12 total bedrooms. You cannot rent the Estate for just a special event as the whole heart beat of Bella Vista is to bring people together for a whole weekend experience to connect and make two families one.

In addition, there is a 15% Estate fee which includes taxes, staff gratuities and resort amenities.

Accommodations: Bella Vista is a private luxury estate where your group rents the entire property. There are 12 total bedrooms between 3 separate homes.

Lodge: 5 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, game room, great room with saloon bar, 12-person indoor natural grotto hot tub, and huge back patio with surround sound.
Cottages: 2 separate cottages, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa sleeper, fully stocked kitchen and living room.
Overlook: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, vaulted kitchen, living and dining room with huge covered patio overlooking the whole property.

In addition there is an in-ground heated pool, tennis court, large fire pit overlooking Lake Catamount and manicured lawns for yard games. It's like a luxury summer camp for adults and provides ample opportunity for everyone to connect and really get to know one another!
