While tucked away in seclusion amongst gorgeous rolling hills in Staunton, Virginia, we are perfectly positioned just minutes away from booming downtown Staunton and centrally located to Skyline Drive, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the cities of Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and Lexington.

The Suites at Batten Green
- Located in a historic barn that has been beautifully converted into 8 private rooms.
- Four (4) King Deluxe Suites (#1, 2, 7, 8) feature kitchenettes, sitting areas with electric fireplaces, and large bathrooms with freestanding tubs and tower faucets.
- Four (4) King Comfort Suites (#3, 4, 5, 6) are perfect for a comfortable place to call home during your time in Staunton.
- All guests have access to the comfy common room with a well-stocked coffee bar including fresh glassware, Keurig machine, tea and condiments.
- The lower level suites (#7 and 8) are dog-friendly with patios that walk out to the back lawn.

The Cottage at Batten Green
- Our cottage is the perfect getaway for a single traveler or couple looking for a little extra privacy
- Inside you'll find a comfy king bed, separate living area with large screen TV and bay window, ample closet space, washer/dryer and a private bathroom.
- Brew a morning coffee in the Cottage's Keurig or feel free to access the Suites common room with a well-stocked coffee bar.
- Cook up a meal in the full size kitchen including eat-in bar, all glassware, dinnerware and flatware, plus toaster oven, flat stovetop, full sized refrigerator and dishwasher.
- The cottage is dog-friendly with a 200 SF fenced-in yard and a convenient doggie door!
- Cottage guests may enjoy a dedicated parking spot as well.

The Historic Manor House
- The Manor House features a timeless covered front porch, spacious living room, harvest dining room, full commercial kitchen and multiple lounge areas.
- Fully remodeled, this classic home has the very best of modern farmhouse furniture and décor. The Manor House is also dog friendly
- There are three bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuite full bathrooms
- Suite 1 - King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, private upper terrace overlooking the farm
- Suite 2 - King bed, workspace/desk, electric fireplace
- Suite 3 - Two sets of Twin bunk beds (4 Twins), portable crib
