Venue Setting

A converted flower nursery from the 1950s, Audrey's Farmhouse + The Greenhouses has expanded beyond just the historic c 1740 Farmhouse. We've created over 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces for you to gather in amongst the original greenhouses.
Our greenhouse (3000 sq ft), barn, (2,000 sq ft) open air courtyard (2,000 sq ft) and outdoor lawn (3,000 sq ft) and pergola (1,500 sq ft) are perfect for any type of event - weddings, corporate retreats, workshops, markets.

Our indoor spaces are equipped with heat and cooling systems and we can easily accommodate an event any time of the year. The greenhouse and barn also are equipped with a sound system. Farm tables, bentwood dining chairs, vintage folding chairs and tableware including in our catering price or can be rented if an outside caterer is used.

We have 20 guest rooms between The Greenhouses, The historic Farmhouse and The Cottage and can accommodate up to 42 guests. A hot breakfast is included in all of our lodging guests stay as well.

Design:
All rooms in the 300 year old Farmhouse and The Greenhouses and Cottage have recently been redecorated and designed.
We've updated the decor to include a mix of traditional and mid-century modern furnishings, art and objects, perfect for your event photo-ops!
Standout venue features:
The greenhouse has a permanent and rotating collection of over 200 plants and trees and bistro lights all included in your event. Breakfast is included with the guest stay at the farmhouse + greenhouses. Minnewaska State Park is only 20 minutes away and we can provide guided hikes or yoga sessions for you on the property.
Extra perks:
We include all of our gorgeous farm tables, bentwood chairs, vintage folding chairs and cocktail tables when you rent the venue with catering. Our dishes, glassware and custom cotton muslin napkins are also included. We can also provide a projector and the barn and greenhouse are fully equipped with sound.

Our team can also provide day of coordination and floral design services.

Our Greenhouses Kitchen restaurant serves breakfast to all of our lodging guests, provides catering for our events and is open for dinner to the public Thursday - Sunday. A farmstyle kitchen serves fresh seasonal fare at our communal table and bar.

We have an event bar in the barn but can easily set up additional satellite bars for your event. We also have a small bar in our restaurant.

Large event cocktails are batched in our hand made barrels with the option for a full premium bar as well.

Even the Rain Couldn't Stop This Rustic Farmhouse Wedding From Looking Perfect
No one invites the rain to their wedding. It’s a rather unwelcome guest when it shows up. But the wild chaos that it stirs indeed makes for a good story—as long as the couple has a sense of humor. Hell, rain can even make the scene prettier, by bringing out nature’s dark colors beneath a hazy sky and testing two lovebirds right out of the gate. That’s pretty much what happened when Leah and Anthony tied the knot at Audrey’s Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast in rural New York. The pair weathered the challenge spectacularly well and it only made them seem more in love. Wedding photographer Brogen Jessup captured the big day wonderfully and we had to know more.
