La Veranda, is more than a restaurant with a healthy kitchen, light and exquisite, completed through the use of fresh seasonal products and ingredients from our garden. Its more than a place surrounded with the scents of orange blossom, rosemary and views of Mediterranean beauty. Its a kitchen that treats the products with the utmost respect. Home style cooking done right.

Fresh and natural cuisine combining local seasonal product and vegetarian dishes, focused on health and wellness our food is prepared with creativity and love, Ibizan and Mediterranean flavors are the essence of our restaurant.

Our menu is mainly based on local ingredients; products from the land of Ibiza and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea are basically what we cook, this philosophy allows us to try many different things in the dishes you can taste throughout the year. La Veranda restaurant opens 365 days.

For the 2015 season our team led by Chef Lucia Ferrer has created new health-oriented dishes without leaving aside the exquisite taste and simplicity. Make sure to try ourCreamy green rice with Red Prawn or the Atzaro Garden´s Salad.

The Mediterranean Sea provides us with dishes like Tuna Tataki with Papaya Salad and Seaweed or Grilled Scallops; the best meat and fish are well represented in our menu.

Also the most classic dishes of the house that have been in our menu for many years as the Atzaro Steak Tartar, one of Ibiza’s best; or the fresh and tasty Burratina with Pesto and Tomatoes from the garden. Not to forget the healthy and tasty Macrobiotic Salad.
To contemplate the nature that saturates Atzaró you need to explore every nook and cranny. Only in this way can you truly understand our natural spaces and we hope it will leave you breathless if only bur for a moment. Fresh veggies, raw, like we use in our fresh juices made from carrots, apples, oranges, ginger, cucumber and other things from our organic garden help the body eliminate toxins, strengthen and energize. Natural juices can help the cardiovascular system, augment physical performance, lower blod pressure, maintain skin health, hair health, freshen breath and staves off tiredness till night time, on top of general health regulation. With our tasty and healthy combinations offered throughout Atzaró.

A true experience, located in a wooden kiosk with beautiful views of the ibithencan countryside, crystalline clear water to relax in and a diverse menu of gastronomic dishes and cocktails to accompany this moment.

In July and August, our Restaurant La Veranda wears Ibiza night to give the best dinners, surrounded by fountains and ponds, plants and flowers and under the moon and stars becomes a unique space to enjoy our cuisine.
