In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. Swimming facilities are not available at the property as the pool facility is still under construction until January 2024. Housekeeping services: If you have booked a stay of 8 days or more, you will receive a weekly service in the middle of your stay. This includes, linen replenishment, towel replacement, replenishment of toilet paper and amenities and top up of tea/coffee. Stays less than 8 nights receive a starter kit of supplies and housekeeping will not enter the room for the duration of the stay.
