If you're after an address with a bit of heritage, this could be the one. The National Marine Museum is only seven minutes' walk in one direction, while Hoe Park sits a similar amount of time in the opposite direction. Jennycliff Beach is only a quarter of an hour's drive if you want a day at the seaside.
