The site opened to the public as the Annenberg Community Beach House on April 25, 2009. The Beach House combines elements of the historic Marion Davies Estate with new amenities to create a truly unique community destination that's open to all - no membership required. With spectacular views, splash pad, children's play area, gallery, historic pool, and Marion Davies Guest House there's something for everyone to enjoy at the Beach House!

This section outlines the various spaces available within the venue for different types of events.
Garden Terrace Room
Interior room just under 2,000sf. Located in the Event House on the ground floor, with views of the beach. Complete with wooden floors, fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, and a small outdoor perimeter. Adjoining room for more interior space available.
View: The Splash Pad area, the Beach
Max capacity: 120

Sand & Sea Room w/View Deck
Interior room just under 1,8500sf. Located in the Pool House on the second floor, with expansive views of the beach. Complete with cool modern flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an adjoining outdoor View Deck.

Max capacity: 100
Price range: $2000-4000
Pool + Pool Deck
Historic pool, built in 1928. Pool deck, with the ability to accommodate up to 280, is located outdoors and uncovered. Amplified music and alcohol service must be located indoors. Available for private rental outside of Memorial Day-September.
Max capacity: 280 on deck, (113 in pool)
