Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will pre-authorize the guest’s credit card for 1st night room and tax at the time of booking. A credit card is required to book a reservation and will be kept on file to secure any no-shows. The credit card provided during the booking process may not be used at check-in if the credit card holder is not present. Pets are allowed to stay at the property but guests will incur a non-refundable cleaning fee of 100.00 USD per stay. Only dogs 20 pounds or less are allowed to stay in the guest rooms.
