Housed in a modern high-rise building, the apartments at AKA University City is partly residential with a front desk and onsite amenities that include a lounge, a restaurant, a fitness centre and an indoor pool. AKA apartments are completely furnished and feature in-unit laundry facilities and full kitchens for guests’ comfort. Large windows showcasing views of the city or the river add to AKA’s offerings. Enclosed in floor-to-ceiling windows, the fitness centre and the 75-foot Olympic-size indoor pool are located on the 28th floor with panoramic views. Walnut Street Café is an all-day restaurant offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Guests can also lounge in the landscaped terrace or the onsite bar. Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania are within 1 km of the property. Guests can also avail the shuttle service to Center City, Philadelphia.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note a penalty fee will be charged for guests found to be smoking at the property. Guests may not exceed the stated occupancy of the unit. Parties are not permitted anywhere in the property building.
