This idyllic estate provides breathtaking views and rural tranquility. The grounds abound with horses, a miniature donkey and verdant trees, making this a storybook setting. Agape is Greek for love, reflecting this venue’s commitment to creating a romantic and atmospheric location to celebrate timeless love stories.

Large or intimate ceremonies can be held anywhere on the lawns, inside the barn, at the pavilion, or the gazebo overlooking the pond. Inside the barn couples will find a spacious design for dinner, dancing and celebrating. This rustic yet elegant two-story building has a hardwood dancefloor, a bar and lounge area with leather sofas, a wrap-around deck on the top floor, and glittering chandeliers. Outside, the covered pavilion makes for an excellent site to hold receptions during the warm summer months, or even on a crisp autumn evening. Additionally, a rocking-chair porch overlooks the pond, where guests can enjoy cocktails late into the night

Venue Features

Additionally, a rocking-chair porch overlooks the pond, where guests can enjoy cocktails late into the night.
Design:: The barn was built about 35 years ago. The lumber used to build the barn was sawn by a neighbor just up the road and from oak trees when the property was initially cleared. You can see the original saw-blade marks in the wood. There's a rustic elegance to the interior, providing a warm, comfortable environment.
Standout venue features:: All guests are provided with access to the dock and pond. Our horses and miniature donkey are always available for photo opportunities, and our Cayuga duck pair are so fun to watch as they swim around the pond.

The new Groom's Quarters is a 1,600 sq.ft. facility complete with heat and air, darts and dartboard, card table, leather-like seating, television, and a refrigerator.
Extra perks:: There are so many extra's that we provide to our clients. There are a variety of sweetheart, gift and cake tables to choose from, made from teak, poplar, oak, and pine. Large round and rectangular tables are available for the reception and whiskey barrels and high-top tables for the courtyard and pavilion. White folding chairs are provided for the ceremony and wood chiavari chairs with ivory seat padding are provided for the indoor reception. We also include white tablecloths and a variety of decor at no additional cost. There are string lights throughout the property--both inside and out.

We have a built-in bar inside the barn with leather lounge seating for relaxing and having cocktails and appetizers. You bring the alcohol and our bartenders do the mixing and serving.
