The Boardroom is a 700-square-foot space ideal for meetings, presentations, screenings, private dining, or a rehearsal dinner.

There’s a custom-crafted 20 seat walnut meeting table, a LED 3D flat screen monitor, complimentary WiFi, printer/scanner and integrated Apple and Windows operating systems provide full tech support.

Standout venue features:
Running on fumes? The retro Smeg fridge in the Boardroom is full of juice and water, and we have a Nespresso coffee maker. Food is provided by the Breslin Bar and Dining Room, our on-site Michelin-starred restaurant.

You can have your own unforgettable event in the Ace lobby. Our lobby was designed in partnership with our friends at Roman & Williams, who took care to preserve original details of our historic building, like the mosaic tile floors. There are also unique touches like light fixtures and tables made from discarded Hubble telescope lenses, a graffiti sticker mural by Michael Anderson and a giant flag found at the Brimfield Antique Show.

We've tried to make it a warm, inviting, versatile space. There's long communal tables and free wifi so you can get some work in, and 70s-style vintage sofas where you can lounge with a martini or a lamb burger by the Breslin. Some of our friends in music help curate an eclectic soundtrack and we have a gallery space where we feature shows by artists and designers. Every night we have DJs or live music and other happenings. To customize your own private event, talk to the event staff at the Breslin.

This section provides insights into our diverse culinary and social offerings.
The Michelin-starred Breslin Bar & Dining Room features a hearty, meat-centric menu emphasizing artisanal ingredients, 'nose-to-tail' culinary methods, small growers and farmers and seasonality. Rich, salty, roasted flavors predominate.

The John Dory is a casual, seafood-focused spot that recreates the lively feel of turn-of-the-century oyster bars. Sasha Petraske of Milk & Honey came up with the cocktails, while Chefs April Bloomfield and Josh Evans design and create the food, with a commitment to sustainable seafood throughout the menu. There’s counter seating and a menu of small and shareable seafood dishes.

Stumptown is one of our oldest, best Northwest friends. Based in Portland, Oregon, they're committed to sourcing, roasting and brewing the best coffees available anywhere. They have close partnerships with farms and believe that working together year after year results in the highest level of quality.
The Breslin has a bar in the lobby with craft beers and spirits, housemade pickle juice, and a bar menu. Stumptown coffee is also available for a little pick-me-up whenever you need it. Local DJs spin in the evenings.
