The Scene:
The restaurant is situated in the historical, red brick paved Lanes of Brighton and about 100 yards from the seafront. Although in a central location, the size of the restaurant means that it is tucked away and could be easy to miss.
Design:
The interior was completely refurbished on the acquisition of the property, with the main focal point of the restaurant being the open kitchen. Diners can sit around the chefs' pass and interact with the chefs as they cook and plate up an array of sharing plates.
