Additional charges: Client agrees to meet any food and beverage minimum, and any additional charges stated plus 8.9% taxes, 3% additional tax on liquor, 22% gratuity, and 5% events administrative fee. The client will provide a payment to be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit on the total anticipated spend to officially reserve the space, due at the time of the signed agreement. This will be determined by the food and beverage minimum and/or the food and beverage selected in advance plus tax and 22% gratuity/ admin fee 5%.
