Event settings range from intimate birthday parties, to large community events, to corporate team building weekends. 4th Street Market accommodates private groups as small as ten, easily serving several hundred guests. An extensive menu of event options, pricing structures, and flexible space preferences is available upon request.

The vibe of the patio is urban, energetic, and vibrant. Featuring a 100-foot geometric jewel-toned mural, the patio also has a stage area with a professional lighting rig. A 4K projector with a dropdown screen is connected to the outdoor flatscreen TV's, with audio/microphone available for lease. Outdoor games are included in the rental, like ping pong tables, giant jenga, and cornhole.

The Scene:: Located in the heart of artsy, eclectic Downtown Santa Ana, 4th Street Market is an urban, energetic space that hosts a variety of food creators. Originally built in the early 1900's as a food and goods market, it was remodeled in 2016 and transformed into a meeting place for locals and a space where small food businesses can grow and thrive.
Design:: 4th Street Market's design plays with the idea of urban, eclectic, and artistic vibes in an energetic space. The urban patio features a 100ft geometric jewel-toned mural that runs the length of the space. Twelve solid wood 6.5ft tables fill the space with family-style seating for approximately 96 people. A 4K projector that is connected to four flat-screen TV's adds an element of interest to the space for evening events, for everything from movies to slideshows and presentations. Outdoor games are also available, including two ping pong tables, giant jenga, and cornhole.
Standout Venue Features:: String bistro lights add soft lighting to the space, and sail shades help cool-off the patio during the daytime. There are also not jsut one but two parking structures located convienetly right behind the building with plenty of parking for all your party guests.
Extra Perks:: You will have access to purchase food from 15 different small business food creators for their catering/food needs. There are also Market Bucks available for your guests to pick and choose from which food creator they would like to purchase their meal. There is also a modern cocktail bar on location called Recess by Playground that features house-made cocktails and rotating craft beer and wine lists.
