The space is in a residential area- -with free street parking. The building is privately owned, making it easier to manage and coordinate—Ground floor and street access for easy delivery and set-up.
-Located in Altadena (Hills of Pasadena), we are just outside of Los Angeles and centrally close to the historic Christmas Tree Lane, Rose Bowl and Old Town Pasadena.
Design:: Our space has three (3) adjoining rooms - The main room has 700 square feet of open space with 12-foot ceilings. Large front windows for natural light-light gray wood floors throughout; the wood flooring is continuous against a back wall—Wall-to-ceiling custom shelving, clean white wall—an enclosed patio of 800 square feet, concrete floors, a sink, and a Frigidaire.
