Meet Carly Campbell, a veteran creative, hairstylist, makeup artist and photographer. Starting her career at just 17 years old, she’s had the opportunity to travel the world, build her brand and work with some pretty cool people along the way (Heidi Klum, Naya Rivera and Patrick Dempsey, to name a few). After living on the road for 8 years, she's picked up a tip or two on looking and feeling your best, no matter where you are. Whether it's underarm wipes to freshen up after a long travel day or noise cancelling headphones to get that much needed beauty sleep on a plane, she has her travel beauty routine down to a science.
We teamed up with Carly to find out her top 7 travel tips for keeping your stress down and your health up while looking fabulous during your next trip. Read on for the inside scoop from Carly herself.

I keep lavender and peppermint oils in my carry-on so they are always on hand. Rub a few drops of peppermint on the back of your neck and temples for a cool, refreshing burst. For incredible sleep, massage a few drops of lavender oil into the soles of your feet. I get my oils from doTERRA.
There’s nothing worse then feeling under the weather in an unfamiliar place. I always bring an emergency kit with familiar OTC medicines or vitamins I might need - just in case! I swear by Source Naturals - Wellness Formula vitamins when I’m feeling run down.
I use a quartz gua sha stone to massage the muscles in my face and neck to promote circulation and reduce puffiness. I like to use mine in the morning before I wash my face. I found this stone on Amazon.
Aloha bags are made with a lightweight waterproof fabric and I use them to pack my toiletries and makeup. They come in multiple sizes with cute patterns so I can keep any counter top clean and minimal while I travel.

I never realized how loud it was to travel on a plane until I tried the Bose QC 20 noise cancelling headphones. I absolutely LOVE to listen to Brain.fm which uses AI composed music and neuroscience to influence and amplify cognitive states of focus, sleep and meditation.
