Calling all pop-orazzi. *Tink, tink, tink.* Excuse us, we’d like to make a toast. Here’s to your poolside parties this year. Frozé, champagne popsicles, prosecco popsicles, & boozy ice cream float recipes are the ultimate signs of summer. Pop-tails are a throwback to youth and an absolute necessity at any outdoor BBQ. It’s high time that popsicles were given this grown-up treatment, because why shouldn’t you be able to consume a cocktail and a popsicle at the same time?
This one gives us the warm and fuzzies just thinking about it. Your now-adoring friends are probably going to be raving about this one for a while. The best part is that the sorbet will naturally keep your cocktail cool, and the recipe is simple. With no fussy ingredients, you can bust this out in about 5 minutes flat. Grab 1 bottle of Prickly Pear Italian Soda online or from your local market, 1 pint grapefruit sorbet & 1 1/2 tablespoons tequila. Find the recipe details at: Lauren Kelp Blog
Sun of a beach it's hot outside. Time to cool down with snow cones at your next party with this recipe by @freixenetusa. First, buy paper snow cones. Next, place 2 cups Rosé, 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup water in a mixing bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Pour into a 1-inch layer in two 9” x 13” baking dishes and place in freezer. Every 30 minutes, use a fork to stir the mixture and break up any chunks. After about 3 hours, the mixture will turn into a frozen flush. Scoop and serve in paper cones. Pro Poolside Tip: Get a wire crate and turn it upside down to display your cones.
