Be Inspired PR recently hosted an event to show couples how they can host all three celebrations (cocktail party, ceremony and reception) seamlessly at one venue, The Hilton Los Cabos. Three venue spaces, all with sparkly seaside views. The eventful weekend started here at the Black Marlin Terrace with a classic black and white color palette and continued on with a sandy ceremony and reception at the Mio Beach venue space. Mexico is always a good idea.

This stunner of a setup took place on the Black Marlin Terrace at the Hilton Los Cabos. The simplicity of the ocean view backdrop is served best with simple color palettes that highlight the epic ocean and resort views. Amy Abbott Events + Dell Cabo Weddings stuck to a classic black and white color palette with fresh pops of greenery and a variety of texture to allow the ocean backdrop to take center stage.
We all know that it's wonderful to get a venue with a view, but add in a terrace that has green turf and you have endless options for decor. Think grassy picnics, floor seating and cozy lounges. Amy Abbott Events and the design team at Del Cabo Weddings created these comfy lounges with accents like basket lanterns, fringed poufs, and plush sofas for intimate spaces for guests to mingle. Grab a cocktail, pull up a seat and practice those resorative breathing rituals.
Champagne Shenanigans are always fun, but resolve to expand your palate with top-notch tequila. Led by Award Winning Executive Chef Mauricio Lopez you will be serving your guests the very best. The resort is a one stop culinary shop. You can decide between a raw sushi bar with fun cocktail pairings or even have a Sotol at your cocktail hour, an authentic tequilaria with top shelf margaritas and rare agave spirits. Bells + Whistles brought in a chic decor moment with their custom bar signage to help guests choose the perfect beverage. Ole!

This new service connects you with their expert wedding planners who will deliver sample mock-up tables, linens, gift ideas, and stationary. You can still have your designer destination dreams while also being able to focus on the important stuff like your fiancee, your friends, your family and fun.
In addition to the top notch services provided by the new Wedding Altelier at Hilton Los Cabos, you won't have to worry about finding fun things to do for any of your hard to please guests. Picture this. You welcome your guests with a magical cocktail party on the Blue Marlin Terrace to kick of the wedding week. Tip: This would make an excellent spot for a guest seating chart or photo backdrop.

We all know those resorts with stunning views, but when you turn around you are met with a facade that doesn't make for the prettiest of photos. At The Hilton LosCabos, every which way you turn, you will be met with a stellar view. Aria Vera Floral took full advantage of this nuetral palette and brought in pops of vibrant florals to tie the lounge looks together.
While this wedding cocktail hour with Amy Abbott Events and Del Cabo Weddings was an intimate affair, the Blue Marlin Terrace can accommodate up to 120 guests. The resort also has 264 elegantly appointed guest rooms, providing ample accommodations for last minute guest overflow.
