With its flamingo wallpaper, giant windows, cool tile floors, and open kitchen, Charlie is the kind of place where you could easily spend hours coming up with instagrammable photos and enjoying the scene. The small restaurant proves that color is not a thing to fear, with its playful pink and blue hued décor throughout. All bucket list worthy brunches should have such a joyful backdrop.

Gastronomy For The Win
A bucket list worthy brunch surely must come with a gastronomic feast. The menu at Charlie does not disappoint on this front. You might dip into the millet porridge with pumpkin and vanilla cream, or go savory and opt for the scrambled eggs on a steamed bun with sundried tomatoes, octopus and cream curry. Finish it off by sharing a cheesecake with your friends, topped with fresh berries, mint and sour cream.

Please Sir, May We Have Another?
Brunch isn’t the same without a few sips of that sizzurp. Check out Charlie’s cocktails for a long list of delicious sweet and fizzy drinks. If you’re feeling the St. Petersburg vibe, opt for an “Old Boy,” with prosecco, Maraschino Liqueur and sloe berry liqueur. A Daisy Fizz, with Aperol, fresh strawberries and prosecco is a close runner up. If wine’s more your style, you can select a bottle from a list of 500.
