The Butcher, The Baker & The Cappuccino Maker is putting West Hollywood on the Sunday brunch map, again. Call it California-chic, BBCM (for short) has a patio that was made for Sunset Boulevard dining. West Coast cool isn't the only thing this brunch spot has going for itself. BBCM's duo is made up of Chef Ren Nisenbaum and Michelin-starred chef Craig Hopson. When it comes to their menu, their pastries and their cappuccinos, this restaurant means brunch business.
Settle into one of their yellow booths, order a seasonal dish, sip on a cappuccino and fall in love with Los Angeles (again).

Sunny Design
Bright yellow upholstered booths, marble countertops, and golden light fixtures make this bright and cheery space pop. Head on over to their ultimate patio with grey lounge chairs and blue and white tiled floor framed by olive trees. The California vibes provide a quintessential West Hollywood brunch experience.
The Chefs
The chefs behind this ever evolving menu? Chef Ren Nisenbaum hails from notable restaurants such as Jaleo, Morimoto and Jean Georges while Michelin-starred chef Craig Hopson comes from restaurants like Le Cirque, Picholine and Beautique. Together the BBCM menus are born.

BBCM Brunching
Everybody knows brunch begins and ends at the menu. Lucky for you, BBCM strikes the perfect chord between classic and trendy with seasonal, locally-sourced and farm-fresh ingredients. We recommend the Ricotta Pancakes, the Chia Pudding or the Breakfast Bowl. If you’re a baked goods kind of bruncher, go for their Bacon Maple Scones or their Buttermilk Biscuits. This American meets European menu also has little surprises like their Halibut Fish ’n Chips. BBCM will always have you coming back for more as their menu changes with the seasons. There will always be new brunch treasures awaiting you.

To Drink Or Not To Drink?
BBCM’s specialty coffee program and craft cocktails make it a hard decision. Will you pair your french toast with a quality cappuccino or a classic mimosa? We vote to make the cappuccino maker happy...or go for both! A coffee and a cocktail never hurt anyone. It is brunch after all.
