Mexico City? Oh, it’s a non-stop party for the senses, with art, music, festivals, and food at every turn. And smack dab in the middle of it all? Polanco. This place is the ultimate group getaway—kind of like the Manhattan of Mexico City, but with more tacos and less traffic. Perfect for group trips, Polanco offers a little bit of everything: stunning parks for group picnics, chic boutiques for a shopping spree with the crew, and Michelin-star restaurants where you can toast to good times and even better food. Whether you're planning a long, lazy lunch with your BFFs, a stylish dinner gathering, or just a stroll through the vibrant streets, Polanco makes every moment feel like a celebration.

Gather your group, because in Polanco, the only thing better than the company is the endless list of places to explore

Good for Groups + Families - Right in the Beating Heart of CDMX

In the heart of Mexico City’s vibrant Polanco neighborhood is Campos Polanco, a 12-suite guesthouse that’s as much a thoughtfully curated art gallery as it is a place to stay. This hidden gem offers visitors an immersive experience marrying high-end design, Mexican heritage, and a fresh, contemporary vibe. Just a stone's throw from the embassy-lined Campos Elíseos and staring down the lush Republica Del Líbano Garden, Campos Polanco’s Mondrian-esque doors swing wide to reveal a space as unique as a secret rendezvous. It’s your cozy hideaway to recharge before diving headfirst into the city’s endless buzz.

Campos Polanco’s ambiance is sultry and mid-century modern, mixed with Art Deco architecture. Soak it all in while playing a game of chess in the charming courtyard, or head upstairs for some late-afternoon mezcal on the rooftop terrace, where you can catch spectacular sunset views over sprawling city’s skyline. It's also a family’s dream come true. It’s got these spacious, apartment-style suites that are perfect for spreading out and pretending you’re not living out of a suitcase. And the location? It’s chef’s kiss—right by Polanco’s best parks, so your little ones can run wild while you soak up all the green vibes. Think of it as your base camp for adventures and chill time, all rolled into one. You’ll have more room than you’ll know what to do with—and plenty of space for the kiddos to burn off all that energy (while you sneak in a nap). Total win, right?

Bonus points: it’s pet-friendly, so Fido and Whiskers can join the adventure, too. Stay, play, and be part of the soul of Polanco.

Polanco: Your Groups HQ for Adventure!

Okay, so here’s the tea—Campos Polanco isn’t just some pretty renovation, it’s like the love child of Mexico City’s art scene and architectural glow-up. Picture this: back in the mid-19th century, Mexico’s architecture was all about muralism, with legends like Pani and O’Gorman making their mark. Then, boom, international styles waltzed in, and hello captivating mix. Campos Polanco? It’s all about that throwback vibe with a modern twist—honoring the city’s artsy roots while serving you sleek, contemporary design and all the high-tech amenities. It’s like stepping into a piece of history, but with Wi-Fi that actually works.

The team behind this Michelin Key masterpiece? AvroKO Hospitality Group, All Arquitectura, and Amass & G collaborated to breathe new life into this 1950s Art Deco building. They kept the best features, such as the original stair railing, a whimsical pink terrazzo palette, and Mondrian-esque window frames, and gave them a modern twist.

The hotel’s art extensive collection also showcases this theme. It boasts eye-catching artworks by local talents such as Mario Rangel, Perro Y Arena, Jainite Silvestre, Jimena Estíbaliz, and Paul Lozano. Campos Polanco celebrates Mexico City’s cultural legacy, woven seamlessly into the private and social spaces. It isn’t merely a place to stay, it’s a journey through art, architecture, and Mexican culture.

Oh, So Good for Groups

Campos Polanco’s team? They don’t just offer service—they read your mind and make it happen, like your personal crew of hospitality superheroes. The 12 rooms? Think effortless elegance with a side of “how did they make this look so easy?” Plush furnishings, eye-catching decor, and cozy-soft touches make it feel like you’ve stepped into a design dream. Whether you’re after the one-bedroom Polanco Suites for that chill vibe, the Park Studios if you’re feeling a little extra, or going full-on luxe with the Campos Residence (because why not?), each space is a little slice of heaven with a serious design crush. And the best part? Each level has its own social space and private kitchen, great for cooking up a feast, hosting an intimate get-together, or just unwinding.

The Ariosto Residence is your home away from home. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a welcoming living area, and a full chef's kitchen. The Campos Residence is the largest residence. Entering the suite feels like stepping into the well-appointed home of an art collector. Additionally, it boasts awe-inspiring park views and a grand chef's kitchen.

The Polanco Suite is perfect for a work trip. With a dedicated workspace and plenty of room to relax, you can make the most of your time in the city. The Park Studios work well for business travelers and adventurers. Guests can take in beautiful views of the lush vertical garden and patio. Lastly, the Park Terrace is a one-of-a-kind residence featuring a large terrace overlooking the verdant interior courtyard, offering a quiet escape from the city’s noise.

A Social Gathering House

Campos Polanco isn't just about elegant guest rooms, it’s a place to socialize and soak in the culture of Mexico City. The colorful spirit of Mexican art permeates every corner, blurring the lines between the hotel and an art gallery

The property houses six distinct social spaces, each conceptualized to spark conversation, ignite curiosity, and wrap guests in luxury:

  • La Azotea is the hotel’s versatile rooftop offering breathtaking views, a fully covered terrace, and room for up to 100 of your closest friends and family. It is the spot for memorable get-togethers, from leisurely happy hours to sophisticated receptions. We can picture sipping mezcal cocktails on the Insta-worthy terrace, overlooking one of Mexico City’s most exclusive neighborhoods. It’s the kind of view that makes you feel like you’ve earned it
  • La Biblioteca, a cultural haven. Perfect for smaller get-togethers of up to 10 people, it’s the spot to relax, read, and connect. With a fireplace, sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony, and a chef’s kitchen, guests can get some work done, unwind with a coffee, catch up on emails, or whip up a gourmet meal.
  • With stunning views of Parc Libano and a professional-grade kitchen, La Sala is all about elevated living. It’s where you can invite your favorite Mexican chef for a private dinner with up to 10 guests.
  • El Estudio is a collaborative space ideal for brainstorming with colleagues in a board meeting or enjoying a private meal with friends. This room’s centerpiece is a huge communal table with top-notch A/V equipment. When not gathered around the table, guests can relax in the lounge area and enjoy the park views through the sliding glass doors.
  • El Patio is an urban sanctuary. This picturesque al fresco courtyard offers an excellent setting to catch up with friends or curl up with a good book. Simple and sophisticated, it provides a reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment. Furthermore, guests can book the entire hotel, including all the residences and event spaces, as Campos Polanco is available for a complete buyout as well.

Brekkie by Frida Kahlo's Great Grandnephew? Yes please!

The Lounge is where breakfast is served daily. And guess what? Frida Kahlo’s great-grandnephew—chef Diego Isunza Kahlo, is the hotel’s culinary director. He has crafted the signature breakfast menu featuring seasonal dishes made with the freshest local ingredients. Breakfast is the only meal served at Campos Polanco, but it is more than just a meal—it’s a culinary adventure. Every morning? A fresh surprise. Think mouthwatering flavors that’ll make your taste buds do a happy dance, all while capturing the soul of Mexico’s food scene. We’re talking bold twists on the classics—like chilaquiles and enchiladas—but with a little something extra to keep you on your toes.

Insider’s Tip: Every evening at 5 p.m., it’s mezcal o’clock! Guests can enjoy complimentary mezcal tastings at La Azotea or The Lounge. If you choose to have it at The Lounge, your tasting will be accompanied by delicious snacks.

Workout Warrior or Yoga Yogi?

At Campos Polanco, even the gym is a group affair. Head to the fourth floor where the space is as bright and breezy as your vacation mood. Workouts are more fun when you’ve got friends in tow, especially with serene views of the leafy streets below and a balcony to cool off after you’ve worked up a sweat. Yoga? Sure. Weights? Absolutely. But mostly, it’s an excuse to sweat it out together before heading to the bar for well-deserved mezcal. Perfect for groups, perfect for guests—because why not add a little fitness to your getaway?
