Perched atop a Northern California forest bluff overlooking a stunning coastal bay lies Mendocino Grove, a turn-key camp experience which brings new meaning to glamping. With fully-stocked safari tents, wifi, electricity, heated blankets that keeps you tucked into your plush bed, and bathhouses that are stocked with organic products, you will easily ask yourself if living in a tent should be your next move.
You’ll have to peel yourself out from under the warmth of your down comforter, but will immediately become energized after a hot shower and stop at the breakfast station available for campers along with on-demand coffee and tea which is available throughout the day. For active campers and hikers, there are easily accessible trails from the grounds for all levels that will have you exploring among towering redwoods while water buffs can stroll over to Catch-a-Canoe and make use of their paddle boards, kayaks, or highly recommended outrigger canoes. (Ask if the seal pups have recently been spotted in the area).
