Mollie Aspen is a new 68-room luxury boutique hotel that occupies a prime location in downtown Aspen, Colorado.

Drawing inspiration from the many individuals who shaped Aspen throughout its history, Mollie embodies the spirit of their restless enthusiasm for the outdoors, ability to bring people together and passion for art, design and freedom of expression.

Mollie comes from HayMax, a leading local development firm, and collaborators, award-winning studios Post Company for the hotel's interiors and CCY Architects as the project architect.

Through a subtle lens of contemporary Scandinavian and Japanese design, the hotel thoughtfully embodies a sense of understated luxury.

With a spa pool and adjacent intimate lounge, look no further for a space your guests will never forget. Full catering options are available as well as a custom 23’ x 26’ weatherproof clear tent with year-round heating and lighting capability.

Sightglass is an independent coffee company that sources and roasts the finest coffees from around the world. They travel to origin each year and work directly with coffee producers to build relationships and ensure that their coffees are of the highest quality.
