Pros (+) Location is good, as with most places in town it's walkable to everything.
Cons (-) Room was misleading in the advertisement, and then there was construction outside the window which keeps one from sleeping.

Pros (+) Rooms are cozy and very clean. The staff was lovely and forthcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - fresh local/swiss products. The spa was very nice with different saunas, a whirlpool and normal pool.

Pros (+) This hotel is perfect, it's like living in a fairytale in the most wonderful village. The room, staff, breakfast and staff were amazing. Waking up the a view of the Matterhorn was a bonus. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt.
