Pros (+) Because we had to move rooms, and there was a downgrade, staff comped us breakfast for our stay. The breakfasts were magnificent! Made to order Benedicts and omelettes, a wide array of choices for every breakfast taste, and a cheery, bright dining room. The room we downgraded to was not at all noisy. We discovered shower heads on wands. These aren't common in America but they should be. Staff made...
Cons (-) Our first room had an air conditioner that sounded like the Luftwaffe. Staff graciously moved us to a street-facing room on the top floor. The new room was under-furnished. We repeatedly requested a second chair and second lamp, but they never showed up.

Pros (+) The location was great, easily accessible by tram and walking distance to the Ringbahn. Where sly Berlin really shines is in its design and comfort. The beds were super comfortable and spacious and the in-room amenities were lovely. We loved the key card system that made it nearly impossible to lock yourself out of your room.
