Loved everything about this property
Actually the property has a lot of plus points and we loved it the previous time we stayed there. The location is great, the rooms are very clean and fairly spacious and breakfast is very good. But there were some negatives which put us off this time.
The room (we booked a studio) assigned to us this time was a very big disappointment. It was in a dark basement level, misleadingly called ‘courtyard’ rooms. The lady who checked us insisted that it was the room pre-assigned to us so she couldn’t do anything about it. But the hotel did not seem to be full. Lovely cheerfully designed rooms, very clean and amazingly quiet - very little noise from other guests. Excellent breakfast and loved the location. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Couldn't figure out how to keep the AC going, seemed to switch itself off after a minute or so. Pillows were a bit hard. Would still stay again though!

I loved this place! I am a big guy, and I had no problems fitting under the waterfall shower. I needed the available laundry machines. And I needed to use the welcome kitchen facilities. They were such chill people, too! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Terry W. Hammond
I would love to have seen a little more variety on the menu. But I am definitely not complaining about the available selections.
I discovered this hotel just a day ago and was very pleased — it’s clean and has a fantastic team. It’s located right in the city center, surrounded by plenty of attractions and great shopping spots. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and family

Very stylish, clean and friendly staff. Great location. Love the big windows. Would really recommend if you’re in London to stay here.
The location is beautiful, right by a tube station and a bunch of great shops, and the place itself is very pleasant. Check-in, and getting help from staff were all really easy. I really appreciate having a kitchen and gym, and found both helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable, and the shower door dripped water onto the floor, but everything else was really great!
