Good location, good size rooms by London hotel standards and close to the underground. Winnie’s breakfasts were very good and the staff excellent.
Could be closer to major attractions but an easy commute

The lighting in the room/hotel was very dim. And there wasn't anywhere that was well lit in the room for my wife to get ready to go out. (We were going to a wedding) Otherwise, lovely room.

Loved everything about this property
Actually the property has a lot of plus points and we loved it the previous time we stayed there. The location is great, the rooms are very clean and fairly spacious and breakfast is very good. But there were some negatives which put us off this time.
The room (we booked a studio) assigned to us this time was a very big disappointment. It was in a dark basement level, misleadingly called ‘courtyard’ rooms. The lady who checked us insisted that it was the room pre-assigned to us so she couldn’t do anything about it. But the hotel did not seem to be full. Lovely cheerfully designed rooms, very clean and amazingly quiet - very little noise from other guests. Excellent breakfast and loved the location. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Couldn't figure out how to keep the AC going, seemed to switch itself off after a minute or so. Pillows were a bit hard. Would still stay again though!
