We really enjoyed having a studio for a few days in the center of the city. We were able to do laundry and cook a meal. the kitchen is very new, so we made some suggestions as to more equipment. Staff were super friendly and we loved the studio layout.
We had bay windows that looked across to other studios over a courtyard. It meant the room didn't feel very private, and we kept the blinds drawn, so kinda dark.
Easy check in due to an amazing front desk staff. Luxury feel hotel, at a great price.
Clean, practical, access to amenities, great location and great value for price.

One thing i don't like is the window blink do not block the light in the night and morning.
We really like the hypoallergenic rooms, and we have stayed there half a dozen times planning to return. A special shout out to the persons at the front desk and the general manager for making our stay very memorable!
This is absolutely exceptional property with modern clean comfortable suites in the heart of Ottawa!
Parking is expensive at 38CAD/night
The location is great. Lots of attractions and food options nearby. Walkable distance from the hotel.
The shower water took forever to become hot. And the water pressure was so low. The deposit you pay when you check in which is $300, it takes them so long to return it to you. Usually other hotels return the deposit upon check out but here I guess not because I still havent got my deposit back. I contacted them about it but nobody responded it too.

Close to the Rideau Centre and Market. Room was exceptional. This was the 2nd time staying here and its our favourite in Ottawa. THis is a perfect spot for companies to use when having people stay in the city for multiple days.
