Davide, the receptionist is the highlight of the property, but unfortunately he does not work 24/7, 365 days a year.
The property completely over charges for what it is and does not tell you that none of their services or restaurants are available when you don’t book in their main season July or August. We paid a full rate and when we arrived got told the restaurant is closed. They only just started cleaning the property and when we left started painting it. The staff were absolutely fab, David was the perfect host, he was always there looking after you. Your room was serviced every day. Breakfast & dinner were superb. We so enjoyed the pool, so big & a lovely temperature.
Nothing other we would have liked a couple of soft chairs in the room.
The pool was beautiful as was our room. Decor was lovely, bathroom great and a very cool place to end our amazing Puglian adventure
Nothing, all was great! All i would suggest is more menus for drinks, and maybe a written menu for dinner rather than still needing to look on an app as using your phone is a little less “romantic” than both reading a menu.

I loved that it was clean, calm, the service was incredible. The staff was friendly, punctual, always ready to help us with any requests. They had great amenities and provided us with hotel slippers, branded towels. You can tell they put effort into the detail. The food was incredible as well. Breakfast was fantastic and had variety. Simply paradise.
Staff great, breakfast tasty
This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, the maintenance on the grounds is impeccable and the staff is the friendliest. I highly recommend this hotel. You feel nothing but luxury and calmness here.
Everything! The pool, the rooms, the beds! The kindness of the staff! We have been spoiled with their attention, they made us feel at home and we were sad to leave!

The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. Staffs are nice and helpful!!
We were at the corner room, maybe that's why the WiFi didn't work at all, and also phone reception was not good. The other 2 things would like to bring up is the minibar is not cold enough, and there's no blanket or quilt.
We arrived late in the evening, and found a true oasis of architectural beauty, comfort and relaxation. We were welcomed with a bottle of local sparkling wine in the beautiful room, and enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. We stayed for two days, and enjoyed the lovely spacious swimming pool. Service was perfect throughout. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back, and stay longer…
