Modern hotel with self check in and check out options (as well as 24h concierge), and luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures. Location was great, very close to the train station. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Would liked to have breakfast included.
Location to Shinkansen
Room was a little small and double bed was up against a wall which meant one person had to climb over.
The hotel room is quite new and it has a public bath there. Hotel location a bit close to Shin Osaka station that is good for traveling around Kansai area. Hotel staff is good and breakfast is good too.

Great location. Close to Shin Osaka station. Spacious rooms. Great idea to have area to eat own food on evening. Lawson just next door. Amazing view from 23rd floor room!

Clean. Family room is quite wide. Walk about 10 min from Shin Osaka station Have good restaurants nearby and Lawsons
Staffs not so friendly. Only someone but dont worry.
We loved the onsen! They also have a bunch of toiletries for you to use at the onsen. It felt very clean and comfortable. The location was close to the station with a big sign outside to help guide you to the hotel from the station. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Water station on every floor
