Easy check in (did the pre check-in a few days before). Very comfortable beds. Great amenities with a convenience store directly beneath so easy to get supplies. Great location for exploring Shibuya area

Very comfortable, because there were elderly people who helped us to check out one hour later, the whole place is very new, the customer service is prompt and good, I will recommend it to my friends and will stay there if I have the chance.
The place looks amazing and feels luxurious. Value is amazing. Complete supplies in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Easy access to the train. Lawson's right next door so quick trips for any needs are no problem. I made a mistake with my booking and it was promptly solved by the team from illi. Highly recommended!
Bathroom light can be too bright when turned on while others are sleeping. Maybe add curtain? but it's really not an issue. Some english instructions for the washing machine can help.
the room was very big and comfy. beds were also very comfortable.
the bees bar didn't server under 12s. floor seemed a little dusty.
This place is beautiful and large. 2 large queen bunkbeds, a living room and dining area with a large conference table and a huge bathroom. Looked very modern and had all the amenities you could ever need.
It was a contactless entry. We couldn't get in early or leave our bags there.
Very functional and well designed space. Very quiet and super spacious for Tokyo! Bathroom setup was excellent and we used the washer dryer.
Based on the photos of the unit with the bunk bed it looks like there are four beds. This was my mistake but disappointing for our teens who were squished in a double bed.
Super close to the subway, literally 3 minutes walk from exit 4a/b of Gaiemmae subway station (on the Ginza line). Check in is unmanned and do-it-yourself, so it can be slightly slow if you don't pre-check in (remember to pre-check in before the day of check in). Enough beds, stylish apartment, kitchen and washing machine. Quick respond from staff via email/messages through booking.com.
Unfortunately the accommodation staff could not provide a dustpan or broom to loan during our stay (and no vacuum cleaner) when asked. So it was a little bit messy on the floor with our young child eating cookies and leaving crumbs everywhere, so I was eagerly awaiting the one time cleaning included with our 9 nights stay. I like a daily clean floor, but perhaps that is just me.
