The location is amazing. The staff is great. The rooms are nice.
The moquette in the rooms is a bit old and even if it's cleaned daily you can see some weird stains. The AC is not always working perfectly. Maybe the thermostats need some improvement.
The Hotel design was nice.
This is just a hostel disguised as 4-star hotel. I had multiple issues with this hotel : 1) Fridge in room was plugged off and was not working. And I did not inform it at reception because we don’t need it anymore then. 2) Staff informed me this is an economy hotel and has no room service. Rooms, the sheep colourful theme, location, unlimited complementary coffee (yes, that's a big point!), kids indoor play area, roof top restaurant, unlimited water bottles (that's rare now a days), peppy set up!
One small suggestion - missing smiles (especially with the breakfast restaurant staff, could be more welcoming).

Prime location. Just 50 m from Freedom Square. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and comfortable for two.
Nothing specific. Met all expectations.
Centrally located. Clean rooms. The staff is always helpful. There is a 24-hour free coffee machine in the lobby.
Great facilities. Easy check-in and check-out process. The location was amazing, just 1 min walk to the city centre. There were also some nice cafes and restaurants just outside the hotel.
The house-keeping was not done on time. Usually this should be done in the morning hours, however the team showed up at 4.30pm for cleaning.
