The rooms were modern and clean. Hotel is located centrally, just 5-10 minutes from all main attractions. The breakfast is good. The staff is very hospitable and helping. I want to point out Georgii who helped us with local recommendations and was super friendly. Overall great value for money.
The breakfast could be served on ground floor instead of -1 and it could be more varied.

The TV is smart but has youtube disabled , it should be enabled by default , but I got it enabled myself (tinkering). The rooms which have sink inside the room
Location is excellent, hotel view is amazing ! Everywhere is so close. My friend and I walked to all places. İbis staff were so helpful especially Giorgi ( I hope, I wrote correctly.) Thank you for great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.I am planning to come this summer again.

It was very clean
This mentioned the breakfast as buffet but we got one day buffet and another day they asked us to select the breakfast from few available items which they have provided us separately.
The hotel is excellent and the personnel is hospitable. The hotel was just opened a few months ago and the rooms and coridors are fresh, carpet elsewhere - very stylish. Guys on reception (Georgie) and at the buffet were extremely open and supportive.
Location was accessible, the rooms were very clean. We were also able to leave our luggages for free while traveling out to Gudauri. All the receptionists were very kind and approachable. They also have cozy cafe at the ground floor entrance.
The hotel is sparkly clean, bright, colorful, and very welcoming. It's brand new, which is always nice, and the location is absolutely wonderful in the middle of everything! The staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate all requests. Reception is open 24/7. The hotel just opened so everything was new, well organized and staff were friendly and made the stay a wonderful experience. This was our first time in Tbilisi and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all areas of Old Tbilisi and along the river. Would definitely stay at the Ibis Styles Old Tbilisi again, both due to the location and the wonderful experience staying at the hotel.
No issues or concerns arose during our stay.
