Pros (+) Location for city central attractionsand shopping, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff polite and helpful. Neat tidy rooms.
Cons (-) Entire 3rd floor stunk of cigarette smoke Very thin walls / floors. We had loud guests above us yelling and moving furniture all night so could hear super clearly. No lift from street level, only escalator, hard with pram and luggage or for mobility impaired.

Pros (+) Fantastic location, 2 min walk to main streets and shops,bars and restaurants.Valet parking under the hotel included and nice breakfast.We had a suite and seperate air-conditioning in both areas which was great.The room had robes slippers,fridge and all the usual amenities.I have to say it exceeded our expectations and lovely staff!
Cons (-) Nothing but maybe better street signage as our car GPS said arrived but we could not see the hotel as it a set of escalators from street

Pros (+) The location was perfect right in the center and close to the ferry. And with a parking garage under the hotel.
Cons (-) The only thing is the cooling system in our room did not work that well. We had to call multiple times per day to have them reset it because the room got hot.
