Cons (-) On day we arrived we went to dinner. When we got back the futon wasn’t made up. We made reservations for 3 people. We were told we should have told them before housekeeping went home. She finally brought us some sheets and pillows but they didn’t know how to open futon. Later a man from next door came and helped us open it up. He was very helpful.

Cons (-) Staff at breakfast were less than enthused to be there. Offerings were blah. At over $500 a night...cheap melons and small yogurts with bland bulk food-like granola. And you have such beautiful bakeries in town...why not partner with them on pastries? And why cheap China made coffee mugs in the rooms? You sell beautiful hand crafted mugs in the lobby but then don't have them for your guests for mo...

Cons (-) Pillows too full and heavy. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We were given rooms overlooking street which were very noisy. Made request in advance for quiet rooms so I was hoping for something off the street. I should have asked if there was anything else immediately upon seeing our rooms, but i did not.
