Everything. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the first 3 course lunch and private tour really set us up for what we were to expect.
I’ve had the best time and enjoyed every aspect of it! Wonderful kind people working there, well organized yet relaxed vibe, food was great and excursions on this magical island lead by passionate tour guides are beyond exceptional! Thank you, Rapa Nui🙏🏻🫶

Explora Hotels have the best guides who are very knowledgable. The tours were amazing. The food was delicious. The room was terrific with beautiful views. I had a fantastic experience. I am so glad I stayed at the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I wish they had an option of an all-day tour with a boxed lunch rather than a morning and afternoon tour which required returning to the hotel for a three-course meal. The hotel was very accommodating and gave me fuller days, but it was easier to do since it was low-season. I would also like a rate that didn't include alcohol since I don't drink.

Absolutely excellent - everything that is essential is of outstanding standard. Rooms, food, service, excursions. The guides are very good and perfect advocates for the island and local culture.

All inclusive. No worry about extr a expenses.
We had a room which was the furthest away from the facilities. Had to walk outdoors in dim light after dinner.
