The hotel is a 15min grab ride to basically everywhere you'd want to visit so it's ideal. The room is spacious and quiet and has a great view of the city. And the staff is so welcoming and thoughtful. It's my second time staying here and I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Very nice room, comfortable bed and overall well equiped and layouted.
Staff was overall very friendly, yet they have a lot of trainees that can't really help you out - while the fewer senior staff, especially at the FO seems very stressed.
Me and my fiancé had a perfect stay at this Hotel, the staff is always smiling and ready to help you. They also provide a free tuktuk ride to places around the hotel such as the pier, malls etc ..
The hotel is beautiful, the pool is lovely! Beds are really comfy, staff are really nice. Location is good for exploring Bangkok.
Having a coffee machine in the room would have been perfect, whereas a kettle and some instant coffee isn’t what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
1. Staff was incredible, very attentive and service minded. The staff made the stay 2. Breakfast was tasty with a huge variety of both western and eastern options. 3. Location was great 4. Pool was very nice and you could order snacks 5. The room was spacious and beautiful and the bed was extremely high quality and very comfy
1. Resturaunt for dinner could be better. Not a lot of atmosphere or choices. It was fine in a pinch. They had kid options which was nice 2. A smoking area / ashtray outside is needed!
Greet place - very new and so clean. Good gym. Modern bathroom.
Minor point but the pillows were super flat (obviously personal preference but I didn’t like them).
They have a free tuktuk that will take you to the subway station or the iconsiam pier! They don’t even advertise it! That was so nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful when navigating first time Thailand travelers!! Our room was very clean and classy. Samyan mall just nearby has a GREAT food court.
The toilet is in a stall within your room- so your partner will hear you poop. Bring noice cancelling headphones or get used to going downstairs. Also the location close to a subway station is nice, but overall I think Samyan is a little out of the way of everything else. I would probably stay in sukumvhit next time.
Location but that’s mainly because it’s a short walk to my girlfriend’s work. Fairly new hotel so everything is clean and smells great. Room was a good size.
Nothing to complain about.
It was exceptional! From the reception to the room and pool to the breakfast. I was so happy that I stayed here. Everything exceeded my expectations. You should definitely stay here.
