The location is great! We love the room, and it's clean, but quite small. The bed is comfy, and the towels and sheets smell good. The lobby is great for quick relaxation after a day's stroll. And the bar at night is a plus.
No coffee available in the room. There's no option to request cleaning even if our stay is short.
Loved how clean, easy, and all the right modern amenities. The staff were particularly helpful with some important work packages that I had over nighted. I will definitely come back

We booked months in advance, but were assigned an accessible room we didn’t request. The shower had only a curtain, which caused water to spread across the bathroom floor. Technology was interesting.
The hotel room itself was not clean at all. There were crumbs everywhere and fingerprints. The room had a weird smell that would not go away no matter how many times I messed with the air system. Breakfast is not worth $20. iPad was cracked in my room. The whole place just seemed pretty run down.
Location is really great
There is no space between the bed and the wall.
Rooms were super cute and comfy! They were tiny but the big windows with the view on the 10th floor of the city made it a very cozy experience. We also enjoyed the ability to change the mood with lighting and music! A very unique experience. Rooms were exceptionally clean as well!
I’m 28, so not that old but I felt old at this hotel. It’s techy (you have to check yourself into the hotel at a kiosk and get your room keys etc). Honestly I found this frustrating. My husband and I were tired when we got in and the last thing we wanted to do was have to think though a process to get booked in. We loved staying here. The location was perfect, right downtown and next to the ferry. The room was modern, and, though. small, had a perfect, efficient layout. The bed was super comfortable. We live on Bainbridge Island, so this hotel was perfectly located to spend the night in Seattle before an early flight. Room size is on the small size if you are travelling with full size suitcases. For older clients, the configuration of the bed is problematic - one person needs to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Some of the electronics - the lighting system seemed to be all or nothing, with the exception of the night lights by the bed.
