Great place to work. Quite but still not alone
Location was great ! Right in the middle of everything. Security at all times. Bed was comfy, room was clean, it’s very small but comfy. They only thing, I wish restroom was a little bigger and had more privacy. Other than that, it was great! And staff is very helpful and nice
i would not recommend anyone (even single person) to stay at citizenM Hotel - the room is microscopic & the bath disfunctional - nothing comfortable to sit upon.

I travel a lot for work and usually don’t write reviews but the stay at citizenM was truly exceptional. I had stayed with their New York hotel before, so i knew it was going to be good, but this was even better than expected! - super stylish reception and lounge / bar / breakfast area - rooftop area - the check in (and checkout) process is extremely simple - the rooms and beds are so cosy! - last ...

Amazing hotel, modern and fun, super comfortable rooms/ bed, very techy if that’s your thing! Very friendly staff, super helpful and kind, laid back, friendly! Cannot fault anyone! Great lounge, coffee available in the am which was amazing- not in the room but available at the breakfast bar. Reasonably priced
The location: downtown SF is awful, like a ghost city. It is well known that SF has a great issues with homelessness / addiction. And the hotel a few streets away from the Tenderloin, the worse part of town. It is heartbreaking. I would not recommend to stay downtown in SF- not worth it. Plenty of other cool neighbourhoods such as Castro or Haight &Ashbury as so much cooler, more vibrant and fun!
Convenient location, clean, lovely decor, perfect for a short city break, great value for money.
Room was very small, but absolutely fine for the 2 of us during our short stay in the city. Breakfast not included in cost of the room, but you can pay each morning if you want breakfast at the hotel.
great location as a base to explore all of San Fran! felt safe and secure everything you need is in room great communal space with food and drink options connecting TV to phone is cool
the size of the room...but we knew it wouldn't be huge!
The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was awesome. And You could ask unlimited good coffee till 11am.
The room is a bit small
We loved the room, although it was small the hotel has really thought through the placement of everything. The hotel was so clean and tidy and had everything you needed. The iPad that allows you to control the temp, curtains, tv - amazing!
Coffee machine and bottle opener in the rooms would be amazing!
