The location is near the train station, I knew it, but the area doesn't seem to be so safety. But this is the specific of the neighbor, not the hotel :)
Very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely. They were really attentive and helpful. Daniele advised us where to buy a new suitcase! Incredible location for train, tram, buses, supermarket. And close to the sights.

Excellent location with just 3 mins walk to train station and all only 15 mins walk to all sightseeing spots . Good value for price . Hotel even gave me one pack of pasta as thank you for my stay which is very sweet !!!

Very well decorated and comfortable. Exceptional staff. Very near to the train station and the historic center.
Bathtub is a bit high which makes it difficult to enter and exit.

We were very surprised at this little hotel. The staff was great, we were able to check in early, our room was very clean, loved the added touch of a personal welcome letter & chocolates! The location was very close to the train station and great restaurants.
The hallways were a bit messy with lots of luggage and cleaning supplies. But not a big deal.
- Clean and stylish - very nice staff! Shout out to Daniele and Matteo! Also another lady in the reception ( sorry I didn’t get your name) - 2-3 minute walk from the main train station - breakfast is good enough if you are staying for 2-3 days max. But it can get boring after that because they serve mostly the same food
- I think the toilet in the lobby and the room is quite smelly despite it being very clean. Seems to be the problem from the pipe.
