Pros (+) Very central. Very friendly staff.
Cons (-) The room was too warm. We had to open the windows so it was very noisy. Heating was switched off but there was some warm air coming in anyway.

The location is superb which walking distance from Florence main railway station and historical city. Room and shower compartment relatively small, breakfast is delicious especially cappuccino.

Pros (+) The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the train - which we did.

Cons (-) Site states rooms have aircon. This is apparently only in summer so not working. Room was boiling hot and we were told to open window if we needed cool air. Got bitten by mosquitoes and the noise terrible and difficult to sleep. We understand the position is central and very busy and probably wouldn't have heard if windows were closed. Pros (+) The attentiveness of the staff is the most important feature of the hotel. I would especially like to thank Ms. Oshini for her kindness.
Cons (-) Because it is centrally located, some noise from outside could still be heard despite the soundproofing.
